The views from the 16th floor were breathtaking, and the

room was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent for accessing local attractions, but the air conditioning was somewhat frustrating as it didn't function properly. Additionally, the staff could improve in service efficiency to match the otherwise pleasant experience.

Opt for rooms on higher floors for better city views and a quieter experience, away from the street noise.

I had an awesome time! The spacious Standard Double Room had a huge window with a stunning city view. The spa was fantastic with an indoor pool, sauna, and full-body massage options. Gym was well-equipped too! And I loved the complimentary safety deposit box. Definitely a great value for the price!

Also, the air conditioning wasn't adequate, making the room uncomfortable at times. Most importantly, there were instances where the hotel staff was unresponsive to my concerns about the cleanliness in some areas. All in all, there are good aspects of the hotel, but it needs some critical updates and improvements to enhance the guest experience.
